UP CM flags off 50 eBuses of PMI Electro Mobility ahead of Ram Mandir Consecration in Ayodhya

Ayodhya: Ahead of the auspicious occasion of consecration of Shri Ram Mandir at Ayodhyadham 50 electric buses (eBuses) were flagged off by Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath as a part of zero-carbon public mobility initiative from Ayodhyadham Bus Stand.

These-Buses manufactured by PMI Electro Mobility shall be plying within the city limits of and facilitate visiting dignitaries, pilgrims and local citizens with sustainable and comfortable mode of public transport complementing the green transport mission at Ayodhya and keep the city free of air pollution. As a beacon of Make-in-India initiative, PMI Electro Mobility India’s leading eBus manufacturer has the largest eBus fleet in the state.

Speaking on the occasion Dr. Aanchal Jain, CEO, PMI Electro Mobility Solutions Pvt. Ltd said, “We are truly blessed that our e-buses have commenced operations just before the consecration of Shri Ram Mandir. It is indeed a moment of great pride for PMI Electro Mobility to have our eBuses to ply in the holy city of Ayodhya and be a part of our Hon’ble Prime Minister Sh. PMI Electro Mobility has over 700 eBuses running across Uttar Pradesh which shall reduce the carbon footprint by 11,036 tons and save 1,62,06,750 litres of diesel.

The introduction of eBuses in the city is part of a transformative adopting a green push of zero carbon mobility in the city of Ayodhya.
